Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only or cancel order. Please see below for more information on our Cancellation/Exchange Policy.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We are committed to provide products of best quality and fit.
However, if in case you want to exchange the product, we are happy to help you with a hassle-free exchange process.
You can exchange product for these reasons :
1) Size Doesn’t Fit Well
2) Damaged / Defective Product Received
3) Wrong Product Received
4) Product Not As Described
5) Other Reasons
Exchange Eligibility :
Exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery of your order.
The product(s) requested for exchange should be in resalable condition. It should not be used, washed, worn. Complete Product Must Be Returned (With The Original Brand, Article Number, Undetached MRP Tag, Product’s Original Packaging, Freebies & Accessories).

How To Submit Exchange Request?
1) Go To Exchange Product Page.
2) Enter Your Name.
3) Enter Order ID.
- To Get The Order ID, Go To My Account > Orders, You’d See Code Like This – #10942 (example).
- You Can Also Get The Order ID From The Email That You’ve Received, You’d See Code Like This – #10942 (example).
- Size Doesn’t Fit Well – If You’d Choose This Option, You’ll Need To Enter New Size For Exchange Of Your Product.
- Damaged / Defective Product Received (Product Unboxing Video Required)
- Wrong Product Received (Product Unboxing Video Required)
- Product Not As Described (Product Unboxing Video Required)
- Other – Describe Other Reason That You Have.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Eligibility For Cancellation :
Only Order With “On Hold” Status Can Be Cancelled.
Cancellation request must be submitted within 4(four) hours from the time of placing the order. As all the orders are usually processed within 2-4 hours from our end.
Order With “Processing” or “Completed” Status Can Not Be Cancelled.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Adoldia and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

How To Submit Cancellation Request?
1) Go To My Account > Orders
2) Click On Cancel Request Button.
3) Choose Reason For Cancellation.
- Changed My Mind, Will Get It Form Adoldia Later.
- Recipient Not Available At The Estimated Time/Day Of Delivery.
- Entered Wrong Billing Details.
- Need To Change Order Details (e.g., quantity, size, color).
- Duplicate Order Placed.
- Placed Order By Mistake.
- Other – Describe Other Reason That You Have.
